Happiness

Recently much of my thought has quieried just what is happiness, individual it may be yet my query stems from the observation that a relaxed face doesn't manifest a smile.

All to often our associations with happiness have pleasureful associations but more often than not we are not in such a state. When pleasuue comes i believe it should be enjoyed yet pleasure is not happiness just a component thereof.

True happiness then individual as it may be is the simultaneous occassion when our soul's freedom acted upon grants us enough pleasure, finances, friends and shelter for us to want nothing more and its converse to have no regrets. True happiness then must also encorporate enough knowledge to appreciate what can and cannot contribute to pure fulfilment. The action of our soul's 'sole' purpose then is essential for without its manifestation we were never really alive.

A relaxed face doesn't smile, it is just relaxed. It can be happy and relaxed, the pursuit of pleasure and smiles is not the equivalent of the pursuit of happiness. The pursuit of happiness is something which all men created equally can achieve if they concieve and believe.

The pursuit of happiness is multi-faceted for what good is it for man to inherit the world and loose his soul... just notice that 'good' connotes pleasure.
