There's a lot of things I want to say to you
I'm not sure we see eye to eye still maybe we do
True love I wonder about you.
Best I can see we tend to disagree
Though that is when society is around
Cause I've seen how hypocritical he can be
A smile all the while and evil tongues
So I search my soul time and time again
To find out why true love isn't true to me
And what I find is that true love is just that true.
Such that it is true for if I'm to be lonely and love truthfully then it won't disappoint me
Sad as a part of me maybe it will be true to me. I figure though like evveryone else I clamour happiness I seem to hold the truth in even higher regard.
Societies true love is happiness, my true love is truth for none of us can really grow least we be totally truthful with ourselves, and by extension those we love.

Happiness
Recently much of my thought has quieried just what is happiness, individual it may be yet my query stems from the observation that a relaxed face doesn't manifest a smile.
All to often our associations with happiness have pleasureful associations but more often than not we are not in such a state. When pleasuue comes i believe it should be enjoyed yet pleasure is not happiness just a component thereof.
True happiness then individual as it may be is the simultaneous occassion when our soul's freedom acted upon grants us enough pleasure, finances, friends and shelter for us to want nothing more and its converse to have no regrets. True happiness then must also encorporate enough knowledge to appreciate what can and cannot contribute to pure fulfilment. The action of our soul's 'sole' purpose then is essential for without its manifestation we were never really alive.
A relaxed face doesn't smile, it is just relaxed. It can be happy and relaxed, the pursuit of pleasure and smiles is not the equivalent of the pursuit of happiness. The pursuit of happiness is something which all men created equally can achieve if they concieve and believe.
The pursuit of happiness is multi-faceted for what good is it for man to inherit the world and loose his soul... just notice that 'good' connotes pleasure.

Different ways saying the same thing
Don't be overconfident, thinking no one but you has this knowledge What one man has achieved another can certainly exceed, whether it is wisdom, wealth or strength. Everyman we meet is superior to us in some way.
James Lee
To be humble to superiors is duty, to equals is courtesy, to inferiors nobleness and to all safety.
Some paths are short others long, who can say which path is right or wrong? The beauty of truth is that each path has its own song. And if you listen closely you will find where you belong. So climb your own path true and strong, but respect all other truths for your way for them could be wrong.
Dan Inosanto
The beauty of life lies not in strife but in our acceptance of our God given differences.
